Just A Thought, Your Choice is one person's daily reflections — not professional advice of any kind. You're free to read, journal, and share. Be respectful, don't misuse the app, and know that a subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
2. Who This Is
Just A Thought, Your Choice is currently operated by Brian Boyan as a sole proprietor ("we," "us," "Coach Boyan"). [To be updated once a formal business entity is established.]
3. Not Medical, Legal, or Professional Advice
Coach Boyan is a coach sharing his own personal thoughts and experiences — not a doctor, therapist, counselor, lawyer, or licensed professional of any kind. Nothing in this app is medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, and it isn't a substitute for professional care. Some entries touch on serious topics including grief, loss, and illness; if you're struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or, in a crisis, your local emergency services.
4. Your Account
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@justathoughtyourchoice.com.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
- What you get: a subscription unlocks the full archive, private journal, consistency tracking, and share cards. The daily reflection on the "Today" screen is always free, subscribed or not.
- Price and terms: subscriptions are offered monthly or annually at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions automatically renew for the same term unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method is charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
- Cancellation: you can cancel anytime through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — not through us directly, since Apple and Google handle all billing. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us directly.

6. Content — Ours and Yours
The daily reflections, archive entries, and all other content we provide are owned by Brian Boyan and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without permission — outside of the app's own Share feature, which is meant for personal sharing.
Anything you write in your private journal remains yours. We don't read, share, or use it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
Don't use the app to violate the law, harass anyone, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with how the app or its backend systems work.
8. Age Requirement

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
